   We confirm scope (source / target systems, record volume, cutover window) and the regulator you need to satisfy. No slide decks; engineering on both sides.

2. 2

   Sandbox demo on your data

   A 3-day sandbox where we ingest a sample of your real records (under NDA), surface the naming-drift exceptions you'd hit in cutover, and show the Reconciliation Agent fixing them.

3. 3

   Proposal & MSA negotiation

   Fixed-fee proposal scoped to your committed records + connectors. Master Services Agreement reviewed by your legal team. Bank transfer / purchase order / NET 30–60.

4. 4

   Tenant provisioned

   Dedicated tenant on app-migratio.cognis.group with SSO wired to your IdP (Authentik, Azure AD, Okta). NDPA-compliant data residency in our Lagos region. Audit log on day one.

5. 5

   First cutover with a war-room

   Our migration engineers join your cutover war-room on the night of go-live. Reconcile before cutover. Audit every record. Pass the regulator's review on the first try.
